OXIO works in most apartments and condos, but some buildings have exclusive agreements with specific ISPs. To check your specific building:

- OXIO will confirm if your building is serviceable
Pro tip: Even if your building has an "exclusive" deal, those are often illegal in Canada. Check with your condo board or property manager about your right to choose.

Not all speeds are available in all areas. Here's the typical breakdown:
OXIO 120 Mbps - Available Almost Everywhere
If you have cable internet available from Rogers, Shaw, or Videotron, you can likely get OXIO 120.
OXIO 400 Mbps - Available in Most Urban Areas
Available in all major cities and most suburbs. Requires DOCSIS 3.1 infrastructure.
OXIO 1 Gbps - Available in Select Areas
Currently available in:
- Downtown Toronto and core GTA
- Downtown Montreal and central areas

📞 Can't Find Your City?
If your city isn't listed but you have Rogers/Shaw/Videotron cable service, there's a good chance OXIO works. Check the postal code tool to confirm.
Rural areas: OXIO requires cable infrastructure. If you only have DSL (Bell/Telus phone line internet), OXIO won't work. Consider Starlink or other satellite options.
